Yes. I’m approved in New York to perform secure remote online notarizations. I can notarize for clients anywhere in the U.S. (or even abroad) as long as I’m in New York.

The state fee is $2 per signature. For convenience, travel, or bundled services (such as estate packages), I may charge additional service fees.
