No — all general notarizations are performed remotely online if you are anywhere in the United States through secure video sessions.

Only loan signings and estate packages are done in person. Everything else is completed online. A secure link will be sent to you.

Yes — as long as I’m physically in New York during the session, clients can sign from anywhere nationwide.
