    If you need assistance choosing or completing legal documents, please contact a licensed attorney or the document’s issuing agency before scheduling your notarization.

  • No — all general notarizations are performed remotely online if you are anywhere in the United States through secure video sessions.

  • Only loan signings and estate packages are done in person. Everything else is completed online. A secure link will be sent to you.

  • Yes — as long as I’m physically in New York during the session, clients can sign from anywhere nationwide.

  • Have a valid, unexpired government ID ready and a stable internet connection. You’ll receive a secure video link once booked.
