Remote notarization allows your documents to be notarized online from anywhere, using a secure. NY-approved platform.

Here’s how it works:

    1.    Schedule Online

Book your appointment using the online scheduler and upload your document if available.

    2.    Verify Your Identity

You’ll verify your identity using a valid government-issued ID and online authentication, as required by New York law.

    3.    Join the Secure Video Session

At your appointment time, you’ll join a live video call where I guide you through the signing.

    4.    Sign & Notarize Digitally

Documents requiring a jurat or oath must be electronically signed during the appointment. For acknowledgments, documents may be signed beforehand but must be acknowledged in my presence. I complete the notarization in real time.

    5.    Receive Your Completed Document

In-person notarizations are provided at a mutually agreed-upon public or professional setting.

For privacy and safety reasons, notarizations are not conducted at the client or notary’s personal residence.

    3.    Verify Identity

All signers must present valid, unexpired government-issued ID.

    4.    Sign in My Presence

Documents requiring a jurat or oath must be signed during the appointment. For acknowledgments, documents may be signed beforehand but must be acknowledged in my presence.

FAQ for Wedding Officiate

  • Yes. I am legally authorized to officiate weddings in New York State as an ordained minister and registered wedding officiant. I am able to officiate weddings throughout New York State except within New York City. NYC requires officiants to be registered with the City Clerk to performing a ceremony. At this time, I do not perform ceremonies within the five boroughs of NYC.

  • I offer non-religious and secular ceremonies only.

My ceremonies are modern, personal, and focused on your relationship — without religious readings, prayers, or faith-based language. If you’re looking for a meaningful ceremony that feels authentic and comfortable, I’m happy to help.

  • Yes. I work with couples to customize their ceremony and can offer guidance or templates for writing vows, readings, and ceremony structure.

  • After the ceremony, I complete and return the marriage license to the same clerk’s office that issued it, within the required five business days.

  • I primarily serve the Hudson Valley, including Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, Rockland, and parts of Sussex County. Extended travel outside these areas may be available for an additional fee.

  • I always arrive early and build a short grace period into my schedule. If there’s a significant delay beyond the reserved time, an additional fee may apply, but I always do my best to keep things smooth and stress-free.

  • Yes — I love intimate and spontaneous weddings! As long as you have your valid New York marriage license, I can officiate with short notice when my schedule allows.

  • Rehearsals are optional and available as an add-on. They’re especially helpful for larger weddings or for couples who want to practice timing and cues ahead of the ceremony.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the ceremony. An invoice and confirmation will be provided once details are finalized.
